Training your colleagues will actually enjoy
From the start, our goal has been to prepare employees for safe work and the prevention of accidents and occupational illnesses while making the time genuinely interesting and valuable. Our trainers communicate well and turn the material into an experience that participants can apply at work and in their private lives.
Occupational safety training
Under Section 55 of the Hungarian OSH Act (Act XCIII of 1993), every employer must provide safety training — without it, no employee may work independently.
Training is mandatory:
- before starting work,
- when the workplace or job role changes,
- when work equipment changes,
- on return after an absence longer than 6 months,
- after a workplace accident.
Training must be repeated annually and may only be delivered by a qualified professional.

Fire safety training
In fire safety training, employees learn to recognise fire hazards and master preventive measures. Core content:
- fire safety fundamentals,
- operating fire-extinguishing equipment,
- fire safety rules and how to report a fire,
- employee duties in case of fire,
- knowledge of the fire safety policy and fire alarm plan.
Training must be repeated annually and recorded in the training log. Extraordinary training is required after a fire or any change affecting fire protection.
