2. Principles

The controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 (Infotv.). Data is processed only for specified purposes, lawfully and fairly, limited to what is necessary, for no longer than needed, and protected by technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, deletion and destruction.

3. Purposes, legal bases and categories of data

Contact and quote requests: when you contact us via the website forms, email or phone, we process: company name, contact person's name, email address, phone number, headcount and field of activity (if you provide them), the services you are interested in, any data you voluntarily include in your message, and the address of the page from which you sent the form. Legal bases: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Browsing the website requires no registration; the website sends no newsletters; marketing-related processing takes place only with your consent, through the advertising cookies described in section 8. The fine-risk calculator performs all computation in your browser; we do not store your answers or link them to a person. If you have accepted measurement cookies, the fact that the calculator was completed and its aggregated result (risk score, headcount band, hazard class) are sent to Google Analytics for statistical purposes, without your name or contact details.

4. Retention

Data provided when contacting us is processed until the matter is closed or until you request deletion. In the case of a contract, statutory accounting and tax retention periods apply.

5. Transfers and processors

Data may be accessed by the managing director and the employees concerned. Apart from the following processors, no data is transferred to third parties: hosting: Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA); email delivery: Plus Five Five, Inc. (“Resend”, 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), which forwards messages submitted via the website forms to the controller's mailbox by email. Form data is processed and emails are sent within the European Union (Frankfurt and Ireland); both providers are established in the United States, and any transfer takes place subject to the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework). No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

6. Your rights

  • Access to your personal data and information on its processing.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") where the purpose has lapsed or consent is withdrawn.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Data portability in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection to processing.

We respond to requests without undue delay, at the latest within one month of receipt.

8. Cookies, web analytics and advertising

Apart from the cookie that stores your consent decision (job97_consent, 12 months), the website sets cookies only with your prior consent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 155(4) of the Hungarian E-commerce Act; you can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. If you decline, the Google scripts are not loaded at all and every function of the site works the same.

With your consent, cookies of the following services are set:

  • Google Analytics 4 (visit measurement, analysis of site usage): _ga, _ga_* cookies, lifetime up to 2 years. IP addresses are anonymised; individuals cannot be identified from the data.
  • Google Ads (measuring the effectiveness of our advertising, conversion tracking, and showing personalised ads to previous visitors of this website on other websites and on Google services, i.e. remarketing): _gcl_au cookie, lifetime 3 months; for remarketing Google also uses its own advertising cookies and identifiers. You can also switch off personalised ads in your Google ad settings: adssettings.google.com.
