Safety Trainings
Our aim with occupational safety and fire protection training is to protect the health and well-being of employees and the financial assets of our partners. The aim focus of our training is to prepare workers to be able to perform their daily job safely and to protect them from accidents and occupational illnesses.
Occupational safety and health training:
When we recruit the members of our crew, it is important to choose a communicative, entertaining and good personality to represent our company and OSH as a relentless professional, so that they can connect with audience during a training session and able to answer most of the question that may arise.
We believe that education is an opportunity to pass on some of our professional knowledge to the audience in a practical way so they can remember and use this knowledge while performing their daily duties at work, but even in their personal lives.
According to Article 55 of the XCIII Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1993, all employers must provide documented training for their employees in occupational safety and health, without which no employee can be self-employed.
When do empolyers obliged to provide OSH training?
Before starting work
When the job or job function changes
When work equipment changes (new technology, equipment)
When a worker has been absent from work for more than 6 months returns to work (e.g. when a pregnant woman returns to work)
Following an accident at work
As long as the worker has not been trained in occupational safety and health or is not able to apply the training at a skill level, he/she cannot be employed independently! Occupational safety and fire training must be repeated annually and can only be carried out by a qualified specialist.
Fire protection training
Fire safety training is an opportunity for employees to learn about preventive actions to recognise fire safety hazards and how to behave safely in the event of a fire.
Main elements of fire safety training:
Basics of fire safety
Operation of fire extinguishing equipment and appliances in the establishment
Knowledge of fire safety rules
How to signal a fire
Employee responsibilities in the event of fire
Familiarisation with the internal rules of fire protection
Explanation of the fire emergency plan
Repeat the training annually and record it in the training logbook. Extra training should be given if there is a fire or a change in the life of the business that affects fire safety.
