With our consultancy services, our aim is to create an accident-free workplace, helping our partners to work safely, operate without fines, maintain their reputation and keep its employees safe.
Our employees and many external experts form a cohesive team. We keep our staff up to date through continuous professional development and a varied working environment.
Our consultants work primarily in Budapest and Pest County, but are available to our clients throughout the country in both Hungarian and English. They help to create a safe working environment and represent our clients during inspections by the authorities.

Our story
We have been a family-owned and operated consultancy in the field of occupational safety and fire protection since 1997, with a current staff of 7 consultants. In recent years our business has been developing steadily, but we have no explicit development targets or goals, our primary focus is on good partnerships and mutual appreciation of our employees, suppliers and consultants - we believe that if we are successful in this, then the development is continuous and sustainable.

Márton Korbuly
Managing Director, Safety Engineer and Chief Fire Officer
Márton is our company's managing director, business developer and our partners' trusted multi-lingual consultant in occupational safety and fire protection. He holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Faculty of Transport and Vehicle Engineering, where he studied Occupational Safety and Health Engineering.
Until 2011, he worked in the London office of a leading international financial services company as a direct advisory partner to European management. Fluent and confident in English, both written and spoken, he is a key contact and advisor to our multinational partners.
Tamás Korbuly
Senior occupational safety and fire consultant, founding member
Tamás is the experienced senior consultant and founder of Job '97 Ltd. He has 30+ years of expertise and experience in a wide variety of industries including construction, building construction, automotive, chemical, retail, hospitality, office operations, logistics, healthcare, and many others. He has worked with hundreds of small and medium-sized enterprises and has also gained experience as a consultant to multinationals. He is a true mentor and guide of our team, whose knowledge is a guarantee of quality service.
Gergely Korbuly
Senior occupational safety and fire consultant
Gergely has been a member of our consultancy team for almost 20 years. His dynamic and tireless personality and his professionalism make him a reliable and preferred partner for our partners.
He has worked as a safety and health coordinator for several telecommunications construction projects. He is a fire and occupational health and safety expert for food and commercial service providers, "screen workplaces" and music events/entertainment venues.
His areas of expertise include mass events and their safety issues, fire safety installation issues for facilities. He holds a diploma from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Szent István University.
Ferenc Vastag
Office Manager, founding member
Ferenc has been a reliable and heavy-duty consultant for our partners for almost 5 years, specialising in comprehensive knowledge of fire safety engineering solutions, logistics and retail chain expert, coordinator of licensing procedures, lifting equipment administrator, among others.
His primary specialisation is the provision of complete occupational and fire safety services to our clients with small and wholesale national networks, fire protection of offices and other large buildings. He speaks English at a basic level.
Krisztina Feleki
Office Manager, founding member
Krisztina is the office manager of our company, so she is mainly responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks and supports the company's team of employees with office background work - she is a bit of a Mum to all of us.
Her tasks include payroll, drafting and sending out contracts and quotes, and liaising with partners.
Ádám Hepp
Occupational safety and health
Adam is the newest member of our team, joining us at the end of 2023. He has 5 years of experience in the field of occupational health and safety, with a primary specialization in occupational safety for construction and manufacturing companies, where he has typically worked as a consultant for large projects and multinational companies. He is a hard working consultant and lifting equipment administrator with extensive experience in the above areas.
Gyula Ladányi
Machine inspections, occupational health and safety commissioning
Gyula has been working continuously in the Job'97 team for almost 6 years. His primary specialization is the efficient management of machine inspections, OHS installations, measurements and all other OHS analytical issues. She graduated from the Budapest University of Technology in 2014 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a specialization in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering and a degree in Quality Assurance from the University of Óbuda. He is a trusted partner of our industrial-manufacturing partners with a wide range of knowledge and is a highly reliable partner, who is a great help in audits with his knowledge of mechanical engineering and quality assurance.
